Its summer time and the heat just refuse to give up. Along with the rising temperatures, we hear many cases of dehydration, health disorder, Starving and in extreme cases even death. you can do simple things to keep your body temperature under control and prevent yourself from getting a sunstroke. I remembered my mother advising me to drink tons of water in the summer, When I have grown up I realize there is a reason my mother ask me to do that. Because when we sweat, we lose a lot of body fluid and along with it many nutrients. Drinking water helps maintain the body's water levels and maintain the body temperature.
But how do we recover the nutrients that we lost?

The curd is one of the healthiest foods to have in summer. It is extremely easy to make.have some curd rice for lunch and dinner in the summers, you will quickly you feel light and healthy.alternatively have curd in accompaniment with your foods. or if you like it plain simply beat some curd, add A Pinch of salt and pepper, mix well and enjoy. And also add a few fruits to eat if you want to experiment a bit.

cucumber is full of water and full of nutrients.you might have often rub cucumber slices on your face in on your dark circles helping to lighten them.try popping a few into your mouth too.many times people add cucumber salads. I remembered when I was a child I simply washed a cucumber and sliced it in 4parts till the middle, stuffed a little salt and red chili powder inside and enjoyed a lot.
