365/366 CHANCES OF SUCCESS

The day was rounding off, at about 6,7pm when i decided to take a walk to refresh my mind and have a deep thought before going to bed.

But before that, something did happen that marked the day unique. A propelling force to take me out of the house so that resisting was an option that was only a vain work. Like every other day, I could easily decide not to, but this day is different because the atmosphere was too cool and smart to resist, feelings keeps getting stronger that i could feel a strong desire to walk. Then i walked.

As i went round the neighborhood, I had this voice in my mind speaking. Then it asked me, HOW MANY CHANCE OF SUCCESS DO YOU THINK A MAN HAVE?
So i started thinking to myself HOW MANY? I kept repeating that because we can't count the chances of success we could possibly have.

But mathematically, probability could tell you the chances of success and failure. Mathematics is different from life experience.

Then I thought,

• When a man dies, He's got no chance,
• When you fail, you could stand back up.
• When you plan, you could calculate the chances and prepare for the worse while expecting the best.
• And as long as you live, you still got a chance to succeed.
  Then i summarized the whole thing to 365/366 Chances of Success. And this includes the mini secs, secs, mins, hours, days, weeks and months.

Every day is a chance of success

Now, a yearly accomplishment is based on each day chances of success. And each chance is influenced by its definition to each individual.
I define chance to be an Opportunity to do something, Possibility of existence, Probability of happening and the way things happen without an obvious plan (i.e. an unexpected obvious plan).

Firstly, Opportunity to do something
When there's a loophole for failure, there's also a chance of success in it. Situation creates opportunities whether you grab it or not, they're there.

I believe and understand what people call bad luck to be a missed opportunity.

The times we look at circumstances as a point at which we can't go on, others believe it's a stepping stone.
When you can't find the right point to hit, that's the time your spirit breaks and you don't feel you should try again, then you think there's no opportunity. Well, David saw Goliath as an opportunity. Israelite said he was too big to hit, but David said he was too big to miss. Therefore, situations are opportunities that are too big to miss.

Persistence is the torch that reveals opportunity
Everybody's got an opportunity, you just need to find the right point to hit. And don't forget that failure is when you've lost persistence as an attitude.
