This is undoubtedly a very good post for those who takes over stress, think lots of negative things about life. Would like to thanks

It has a negative impact on our life, so we need solutions :)

Best.

Stress is something we consider very "dark" but actually it is slightly grey. It is not necessarily bad if we talk of short term stress as it can be a great motivator for some people (me included as I'm a bad planner). But yes long term stress is a killer and one needs to reduce it. We perceive ourselves as center of universe but we should sometimes just not be this serious about ourselves :) We all come and go so just live the best you can and the stress will pass!

Yes, i think same :)

Some tension increases productivity, but really some :)

@obulunmaz What do you think people take tension without cause, I say stress is also a self-confidence that is pushing something to do.

I think same :) Self-Confidence allows us to keep stress under control.

Thanks.
