This is a quick and simple way to relax your body no matter how stressful your day was. It's gently guided so you are occasionally taught why you are doing it, which can give your mind more confidence in the exercise you're experiencing.
I use this personally all the time and it's immensely helped my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. It's an exercise that never ends in what you learn from it every single time you experience it.
