For that reward pool rape thing we cant do much cause it is his account and by his lot of SP he is doing shit things, we can flag it down, but most person like me n u dont have enough to even lower its post by 1$, so idk might be all whales need to get in and control this reward pool rape thing, cause they have the ability to do so, not just one or two whale but all of them.

Maybe intiate a whole steemit community flag against the reward pool rapers, that will make their shit lot of SP useless.
