OMG that tree fort is incredible. Did you and the boys build it or was it already there when you moved in?
We have this flooding problem with our garage. That's why we just keep our old Volvo in there. The interior stays dry but the undercarriage will probably rust out soon. We should probably sell it for parts. Fortunately we can siphon out the water, no pump necessary. But there's just as much swearing.
