A long, long time ago in a giant, giant galaxy...

After leaving the cosy planet Neptune, a group of witches fly toward a distant speck. The speck gradually resolves into a minuscule, space church.

Civil war strikes the galaxy, which is ruled by Lucy Bowels, a grand sprite capable of gluttony and even drugs.

Terrified, a splendid gnome known as Lube McCock flees the Empire, with his protector, Lou Sass.

They head for Sludgeside on the planet Saturn. When they finally arrive, a fight breaks out. Sass uses her giant knife to defend Lube.

Sass and Gnome Lube decide it's time to leave Saturn and steal a van to shoot their way out.

They encounter a tribe of aliens. Sass is attacked and the gnome is captured by the aliens and taken back to Sludgeside.

Sass must fight to save Gnome Lube but when she accidentally unearths a ginger sausage, the entire future of the giant, cosy galaxy is at stake.
