You can learn to deal with this bully in a safe and intelligent way, do it together, and help stop intimidation forever. Do something for yourself. Follow step 1 for more information.
Part 1 of 3:
Facing Bully
1
Look at their eyes and tell them to stop. If the intruder gets closer, place your hand as if stopping the vehicle while crossing, create a barrier between you and the bulldog. Look at their eyes and say calmly but firmly, "Enough! You have to stop now."
If they continue to cross the line or continue to mock you various ways, simply repeat your sentence. "Stop, I want you to stop now. Do not say or do anything but keep your distance and repeat again.
2
Learn how to think 'bully'. They tend to pick people who they consider unwilling or unable to defend themselves. The bully picks a soft target and "tests it" with stabbing words and disruptive actions. The quickest and best way to end their intimidation is to defend themselves and tell them firmly to stop their behavior and repeat it until they listen.
Negotiating, trying to be friends, or showing that you are annoyed will only give them more chances and will become more and more. Do not whine, try not to cry, and stay firm. They will get bored and lose interest when you just relax and do not give them any excuse to interrupt. Nothing funny by saying "stop or enough." They will not be able to mock if they look strong.
3
Stand up straight and look at them. Watch your body's gesture in front of the bully. Even if they are bigger than you (which is often so) stand up straight and look directly into his eyes. Fight their views coldly. Watch them carefully from tip to toe. It is as if you see and know something they are not aware of
Think about your favorite movie characters who have strong personalities. Imagine Vin Diesel, Arnold Schwarzenegger, or Clint Eastwood fighting the bully as you fight their gaze and say: "So what do you want?". Or imagine yourself as Meryl Streep in the movie Devil Wears Prada Angelina Jolie in the movie Wanted, or even Wednesday Adams from the movie Adams Family. Show that you are not disturbed.
