The Power of Water || Billingual

Aku selalu percaya tentang kekuatan air. Aku memiliki kisah yang lumayan menarik tentang ini.

Saat itu aku sedang sering-seringnya memasak nasi. Walhasil, ketika ingin memasak nasi kembali, sisa dari nasi sebelumnya tak terlalu kupedulikan. Toh aku pikir nasi adalah benda organik. Dan pasti dia akan larut sendiri dengan air yang ada di wastafel. Tapi seperti kata pepatah, sedikit demi sedikit lama lama menjadi bukit, setelah lebih dari 2 minggu aku melakukan itu, pada akhirnya wastafel menjadi sumbat. Butiran butiran nasi yang langsung kubuang akhirnya menumpuk dan membuat wastafel tak dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Tentu aku panik. Itu wastafel milik bersama. Kami di satu kamar terdiri dari 4 orang. Dan wastafel itu harus kami gunakan bersama. Namun sekarang aku malah membuat ulah. Aku tak memiliki ide apapun untuk mengatasinya selain mempercayai bahwa kekuatan air dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini. Jadi, setiap aku memiliki waktu luang. Aku akan menghidupkan air hingga hampir memenuhi wastafel. Dan kemudian aku biarkan begitu saja. Nanti, ketika aku cek lagi, pasti air akan mulai berkurang, itu berarti masih ada celah di antara tumpukan nasi yang menyumbat wastafel. Tapi apapun itu, nasi tetaplah benda organik, dan dia akan melunak jika terus menerus bertemu dengan air.

Hingga tiga hari lamanya. Aku terus menerus melakukan itu. Mengisi wastafel dengan air dan kemudian membiarkannya begitu saja. Hingga kemudian, saat aku sedang memenuhi air lagi. Keajaiban itu datang. Plup! Seperti bunyi sesuatu yang jatuh. Dan seketika aku melihat air di wastafel mulai mengalir dengan baik. Tak menyumbat lagi. Duh aku bahagia sekali. Usahaku rasanya tak sia sia. Aku tersenyum lebar saat melihat akhirnya air di wastafel dapat berfungsi dengan baik lagi. Sehingga membuat ketakutanku hilang hehe. Aku tak perlu merasa bersalah lagi dengan teman teman di kamar. Alhamdulillah.

I always believed about the power of water. Btw, I have a pretty interesting story about this.

At that time I was often cooking rice. As a result, when I want to cook rice back, I dont care about the rest of the previous rice. After all I think rice is an organic thing. And surely it would dissolve itself with the water in the sink. But as the saying goes, little by little long into the hill, after more than 2 weeks I did that, eventually the sink became a stopper. Grains of grains of rice that I immediately dispose of finally piled up and make the sink can not function properly.

Of course I panicked. It was a shared sink. We in one room consisted of 4 people. And the sink should be shared. But now I create problem. I have no idea whatsoever to overcome it other than to believe that the power of water can solve this problem. So, every time I have free time. I'll turn the water up almost to the sink. And then I just let it go. Later, when I check again, the water will start to decrease, it means there is still a gap in between the pile of rice that clog the sink. But whatever it is, the rice remains organic, and it will soften if it continues to meet with water.

Up to three days. I keep doing that. Fill the sink with water and then just let it go. Until then, when I was feeling up the water again. The miracle came. Plup! It sounds of something falling. And at once I saw the water in the sink start to flow well. No more clogging. Lol, I'm so happy. My effort is worth it. I smiled widely at the sight of the water finally at the sink to function properly again. So that makes my fears lost hehe. I do not need to feel guilty again with friends in the room. Alhamdulillah. :)
