Hell there Charlie !! Great piece......its so what you say here ! I know because i too have ben to prison once. In Norway for drink driving ! Its quite a process to find your self taken away from everything you need and love. I was there for just two weeks, was like an eternity. I really can,t imagine what one year truly must have felt like. So now you are free, back with your lovely woman who clearly loves you and in what i see as being one of the most interesting countries I've ever visited.
