Walking in Nature & Why is Good to Walk for Your Body

Hello everybody!

The good nature walks did not kill anybody... Indeed! it will exellent help you to achieve your fitness goals, and greatly contribute to your health.

Cardio training is the best training for boosting your metabolism and to lose fat.
From my opinion, fast walking is the best cardio exercise for fat loss.

Why?

  • Becaouse fast walking is training with low intensity - You can walk for hours, but can you run for hours?

Also, with fast walking you will not overtax as in running, therefore, fast walking will best boost metabolism and fat loss without losing muscles.

Walking through nature is also great for your health!

Regular walking has many positive effects on our mental and physical health.
Regular walking improves our psycho-physical condition, strengthens every muscle in the body, at the same time does not cause additional burden. In addition, after a thirty-minute walk, the body begins with the secretion of serotonin and endorphins, hormones of happiness so you will greatly reduces stress.
Walking is beneficial for blood circulation in the body and strengthens the heart.

As we walk we do not act positively only on our body but also the spirit. So eliminating the stress we will feel more comfortable, happier, alleviate depression, help the nervous system to calm down and provide peace of mind ...

It's better effect when walking in the nature and by the water as green, clean air and gentle sounds of nature have an additional calming effect on the nervous system. The natural environment is man's original habitat and that connection should not be interrupted.
