Absolutely great advice. I like James' podcast also. Whenever I get stuck in a rut, it's time to travel, read a good book, or maybe just go on a long run or hike. I love the suggestion about eliminating negativity also.

Thanks! I'm pretty much addicted to the podcasts. I listen to them during my lunch and when I'm at the gym doing cardio. All of those things you mention are great ways to get out of a rut. I will jump on my bike sometimes if I have writer's block or take our dog for a walk...that always works.
