My first acquaintance with Tuhin was on the bus. Not exactly on the bus. I left home for college admission. I have to get on the bus. After a long wait I got a bus. I got on the bus and saw that the seat was not empty. One seat is empty. But a boy was sitting in the seat next to him. Very nice to see. Dad said sit here. I sat down. Dad stood up.

College has arrived. I got off the bus and went to college. I don't know where to submit. I met a girl. A boy with him. The boy is the son of that bus. Anyway. Then all the work of admission was done by that brother. That Tuhin is a big businessman today. He is also working on a lot that can be done for the society through business. Tuhin is basically a social entrepreneur.

Social industry is the conduct of business activities in accordance with socially accepted rules and regulations and acceptable activities in the society. Social industry is formed with two objectives in mind. First, the social industry will produce products or services for the purpose of implementing a particular social, ethical and environmental objective. Second, it could be a for-profit organization owned by poor or marginalized citizens.
Seven principles have been mentioned in the social industrial proposal. These are -

1. The first objective of business will be to eradicate poverty.
2. We have to ensure thrift and affluence in running the business.
3. Investors will only get their capital back, not any kind of profit.
4. After the return of capital, the rest of the money will be spent on the development of the organization and the quality of product services.
5. The business must be environmentally friendly.
6. Employees will get improved working environment along with the highest salary allowance prevalent in the market.
7. The whole business will be run with joy.
