RE: MP Digest - Episode 01 - Leaving Monotheistic Storytelling for Matriarchal Storytelling

Wow! Really interesting stuff. How would a writer use The Moral Premise to better their writing? Would you start with a moral premise and write to fill it, or start with a story and chart it after it's written to make it better?

Great Question @dfrankle, I will answer. In theory, you should come up with the Moral Premise upfront before you start writing, but in today's world, that's a very sophisticated and organized writer. However, the Moral Premise is an incredible tool and you can bring it in during any time in your Story's Design and Development. To ease the transition, I would say that you should write your first draft from your heart and use the Moral Premise as an Editing and Shaping Tool to tighten the story and make it shine with the brilliance that captures your original vision. I don't know how to add images in these comments, but I'll send you links to my other posts about the Moral Premise and it'll make more sense.
