Hello friends of Steemit, today I am here to talk about something that is a tradition here in my country, a custom that comes from generation to generation, and that even today's sun is still in force.
This custom is typical of high school students and also clear of primary students, which consists of "scratching" or writing messages or dedications on the shirts that are used for college or high school, but this can only To make those who have passed their cursant year, as long as the next year is another color that represents them, that is, they have passed to another educational cycle.
The first moment of the Venezuelan chamos to write on the shirts of their friends or colleagues, is in the primary, which, this cycle, at least in the schools that until now I have heard, or at least in public , Is represented by the color "Blanco", that is to say, that during the 6 years that this educational cycle lasts here in my country, the children use this color of shirt, therefore, that last day of classes of the 6th degree, Is the most awaited day and full of fun and excitement for all of them, since it is the day they will express their feelings, memories or thoughts, that dear friend or that dear partner, all this shaping in one place, in the shirt from college. It's funny, because even those who were enemies or were fighting, that day are satisfied and write some good dedication on their shirts.
He finishes that important stage of the primary, which allows them to keep in the trunk of memories a shirt with writings or drawings of his beloved companions, after a well deserved vacation, begin another cycle of life, much more difficult and complex, Where there is an educational change but also where one begins to enter the world of adolescence. You enter the high school, high school or secondary, as you prefer to call, and beginning in the first year you will identify a new color, which is "Blue", a light blue as a rule, this will be the color that the Will represent for 3 years (if you repeat, obviously you will represent for a while but haha), that is, they will be wearing a shirt of this color until the third year of high school.
Already having lived this first stage of the high school, being thus in the last day of classes of that third year, where already the body is developing, arrives that moment that was so expected in the primary (although in the primary one did not expect anything , Only thought of playing and have fun), and that now comes in only 3 years, again touches "scratch" shirts Eehhh! There are already written in a more elaborate way, some shirts are full of great writings, and others of magnificent drawings, in short, they are plastered on them everything you want, thus entering the last stage of the high school, 4th and 5th year.
In this last stage, they are characterized by a color that fills them with pride as great as any of the others, a color that slightly increases the ego and makes them feel the owners of the universe, as they would say here popularly "Believe that the World is yours and the rest are rented. " This last color of shirt that can be seen is the "beige or beige" that is like a light brown something like that, and because with the finally you graduate from bachelor of the republic, a step that costs to arrive and ends a stage Of the life color of roses, and gives beginning to a more adult stage.
One of my "striped" shirts.
And yes, it is beautiful to go through all that, there are so many memories that come to mind, those wonderful stages, where one was happy and did not know. But in the end, it was a pleasure to remember him, to remember all that while he already saw in the streets of Caracas, lyceists with their "striped" shirts, enjoying their last days as "blue shirt" or "beige shirt", as we usually call them.
And although in these times of economic crisis, this tradition so emblematic is seeing a little affected by the fact that for some parents it is preferable to donate that school shirt that is no longer going to be used to someone who if need or the minor children That they already had to use them, they follow the same way the students using their shirts as lienso to write on him.
I do not know if this tradition is also practiced in another country, but I hope to know with your comments.
Let us live each stage of life to the fullest, that time will not return, it will continue to run, and if you did not enjoy it when it happened, later you will regret it.
