This is one of the common "fables" I haven't forgotten from a long time. Many will say, immediately it stings you, after the pain, it will make your skin fresher and it can never sting you anymore.

But then, I can't even afford an ant sting not to talk of Bee's just for "a fresher skin".

Well, it could actually be therapeutic cos I've had many people said it worked..But who cares, I would rather continue to "hear" than witness..

Thank you. Where the problem lies is that majority of positive feedbacks are just individual testimonies without any scientific evidence. How do we now reconcile as scientists?

Well, that's the worry. Because it's only when we have a scientific backing can we harness this feature it possesses and employ it appropriately and in controlled quantities...

It's actually an interesting area of research that needs be worked on.....

Biologist like you could pursue it....
