I agree with your ideology onthe right to give birth to children as many as one wants.
But at times this act can have negative impact, take for example, a man who does not really have the financial capability to take care of many children goes ahead to have about 8 kids.
The question now is , this children he is bringing to the world, what will be their fate in life as regards feeding , accomodation, good education, parental love and care etc.
It is practically almost impossible to show equall love to all these kids.
Yes, sex is so sweet and i think that is why many forget that it actually comes with a price. I think birth control really matters. One need to plan well before bringing this children to the world. They are not meant to come to the world and suffer.
The only thing i will approve of is that ,if the parents have the money,then why not if not, they can produce as many batches of children as they want or dim fit.

Thank you @cyprianj. Of course, we all know birth control is important, but that should be on individual basis. I do not support making laws to tell people the number of kids to have. Rather, I would want a law that criminalizes parental negligence, after bringing kids into this world.
