I have 2 available, I think if you leave the site for a whole day without posting or voting you will have enough RC by then
I think you have to be at least a dolphin to get one of these, I am at 100% RC and am incredibly far away from obtaining one. Well I really wasn't interested in getting another account I just wanted to see what it was about.
