So, with this page, I plan to tell people all about renewable energy. There's a few different ways it can be generated, so first things first i'll be going through each of these, starting with the big players and working my way through to the increasingly obscure methods. This will progress as around one article a week (depending how much work each one takes), in the following order:
- Wind
- Solar
- hydro
- wave
- tidal range
- tidal stream
- Biofuels
All this should keep me busy for a while, so once they're done I'll start looking at a few other aspects of the sector, such as economic mechanisms, storage options and decentralisation.
I'll be welcoming criticisms/corrections and discussion in the comments - the more the better so please get involved, after all my main goal here is to get people talking about renewables!
