Thanks for the extra info. You're right that tons of symbiotic and neutral bacteria are within us. However, urine isn't exactly sterile. Check out https://steemit.com/science/@tking77798/mythbusting-with-metagenomics-how-scientists-disproved-the-common-belief-that-urine-is-sterile.

I checked it thanks for suggesting such a nice post but they didn't proved it that urine is not sterilized they are not quite sure about outside contamination. If you take a sample directly through bladder by a syringe it is sterilized so it can be postulated that urethra contain these bacteria......
