RE: The first steemSTEM meetup in the LHC at CERN - practical details

Oh shit, that's exciting, really! Both for Steemit's public view and for our community (or those into Science). I got a question for them.
What are their predictions of upcoming events/tests we can look forward to. I know it's a tough one to have dates but yeah, any info is good info

I didn't fully understand the question. Can you please specify? Do you want to know when the machine will restart, or when new results will be made available?

Well rather what's their next step. What are they aiming for now? I know the newest big discovery was that God Particle, so are they going to test it out more or do something new, and when?

Well, the next step is to continue exploiting the machine for about the next 20 years, with several scheduled upgrades so that more data could be recorded.

The goal is to understand better the laws of nature and there are several puzzles that need to be investigated.

There is no god particle. That is a ridiculous name that should be avoided. There is instead a Higgs boson. For now, we still need to measure its properties that are badly known. And shed light on new phenomena. Those are the next steps.

I hope I answered :)
