Technology is on the rise in developed countries. Every now and then, new discoveries are made but it only stands to strengthen the gap between developing countries and developed countries talk less of underdeveloped countries. I feel technologically improvements are sought after in a quest to make the world a much better place for humanity so why cant the net be spread across board? I mean some of us are lagging behind horrendously!

You have spoken critically. The underdeveloped countries have a lot to do as it also relate to technology.
