I can't wait to have the use of CRISPR modify cells so much that cancer can be history or help fight against cancerous cells. So however small a milestone in the fight is, I'm always happy to read about it.

CRISPR modification like this, where cells are removed from and then reintroduced into the body, has a good chance of being successful therapy. Unlike other pie in the sky applications.
I'm hopeful that this could the process that gets us a fix.
