In fact we discussed the inorganic/organic form of sodium intake and its effects on the overall health, it's really another subject , it has nothing to do with the controversy of low/ high sodium intake.Neverthless, organic sodium is better absorbed than inorganic form (regular table salt for exp), that means you get more sodium consuming plants rich is sodium or other minerals.Anyway it shouldn't be that confusing just think about it as two different subject, my article discuss the quantity and @reko and i discuss the quality.
