Probably they have acquired
resistance to the insecticide you use or maybe the insecticide is not potent enough.
They breed fast and lay hundreds of egg which hatch as long as there is water. Even the bucket of water we keep in our home and left open, is a very good spot for them to lay their eggs. This is why it is always advised not to leave water in the house opened Al the times.
