Cervical cancer occurs is in the cervix... in a womans reproductive pathway. Not a neck!

I'm picking a mistranslation. Cervix means neck. But, in your usage, "neck of the uterus".

Cervical vertebrae is probably a common thing you'll hear. That's the vertebrae in the neck.
