Look, I came from the county where my monthly salary was 500 Euros. 500 Euros for 30 days of work in science. And I understand it's tempting to screw the system. Yes, our leading elites are doing just that for the last 30 years (for the whole my life) - and it's fundamentally wrong. And experimentally proven in practice as wrong.
The only way to make a prosperous community is to be devoted to the general idea.
If the idea is to establish the community with high-quality scientific post - then contribute with the highest possible quality you can achieve.
If the idea is to get extra rewarded for your specific, unpopular, difficult-to-read-article - help the community.
If steem money means nothing to you - good, don't be too upset about the rewards and post for your own satisfaction
If steem money is an important part of your income than devote to that post as it's your job! Don't expect to earn 8h salary for 15 min of lazy posting work.
