Look, this is only my personal opinion. And I'm not STEM, I'm just one of you. Equal to you. Equal to all other ordinary participants. I simply wrote a post today.
What I have seen so far is that there are decent people - you don't need to fix them.
And there are the people who can't learn by applying the positive feedback only.
All of us, under the power 5000 are taking more than we put into the system.
People in 1000 range can be even if they are playing honestly.
All those people who have the power can write 10x 1 paragraph post and vote for themselves.
(just as the majority of the whales do, and that is ok)
Basically all of us are already positively encouraged all the time.
If some members don't understand that - they can't be fixed.
Then it's not an encouragement, it's a defeat in a blackmail situation.
Well, I get your point. And I surely understand it's your way of getting real on "fake" members. Well, this alarm raised is enough to make everyone rethink and contribute more.
Thanks
