It is true growth occurs during sleep, and melatonin influences our growth. However, I can't possibly include every information concerning sleep, as we will spend the rest of our day reading this sleep article. Besides this is a complement to my previous post on "Science of sleep"

Even though there was no observed long term physical or psychological impairment, it is not advised for any one to lose sleep that long.....
