Since the start of the season, wolves have been a joy to watch. The fans have sang praises for Coach Nuno Espirito Santo for his technical/tactical works at the Molineux ground. It's safe to say that wolves have really improved this season from their past outings on the premiership so let's take a look at some of the impressive results they have bagged this season.

Impressive wins against Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea FC, draws with Manchester top guns United and City are little to their "big wins" this season. Others include games with Bournemouth, Newcastle, Southampton, Westhampton and Burnley which they have picked up maximum points. That notwithstanding they have also had their looses against teams like Liverpool and Brighton.

This and more have been an impressive form that sees them sit 9th on the table level on points(29) with Watford and only 15point off top four a place currently occupied by Chelsea with 44 points.

Arguably wolves on their own, it's cruel to say they are a top team but you can't doubt the quality in their ranks. Top players like Rui Patricio, Jao Moutinho, R. Jiménez are few of the stars which have played at the biggest stage of European football, the European Cup. So it's quite fair to say they might be an average team but you can't doubt nor underate their quality.

Their most recent win which came in the FA Cup against liverpool. Beating the Merseysiders 2-1 in an evenly competitive match. You could argue that Klopp filled a much changed side form his starting 11(9), also fielding one of the youngest player of the tournament in the process, but even after throwing in the likes of Salah and Firmino with over 20mins left, they couldn't still salvage a replay at Anfield.

Much have been said about the tactical onus of coach Nuno, can they make the top four or atleast a place in the European Club football next season? But we will have to wait and see out this season first to get facts straight. Right now the focus is on the next hurdle on Monday night against Manchester City. Will they pull out an impressive result like they did in the first leg? We can only wait to see.

Well that's it on Soccer Session today. Bye for now.
