Great post, I agree with most of your points but seeing the way Chelsea are trying to play with Sarri, I think their future looks bright at least for a while, the important thing is to have a sense of stability, the board and Abramovich need to back Sarri as far as they can in the market, Chelsea have some world class players like Hazard and Kante but they need more than that if they want to establish a dinasty. Of course that is if everything goes according to plan and the new manager last longer than just one season.

I think Sarri is a step in the right direction but if they want to compete against City in the long term there's a lot more work to be done and you explained brilliantly in this text. Once again, great article!
