Reasoning: I was about to tip “Matchbet - Total Portugal - over 3.5”, but the odds were the same as just over 3.5 at the time of this writeup. 4 Goals is a lot to score for a soccer game, but this line is set this high for a reason. Portugal’s own team total is over/under 3.5 for this game, and odds are dropping on them to crush Macedonia. The odds on Macedonia to score are about 50/50, and they showed some real guts last game vs Serbia - scoring 2 but also allowing 2, including 1 in the last minute. Portugal needs to win massively - more than 3-0 in order to advance to the next round. A 2nd place finish does not guarantee promotion from the group to the next round. The rule for this tournament is that the 2nd place teams go into a group with a tiebreaker of 2nd placed teams, almost like a wild card. With a win by 3, I repeat Portugal will not advance. Portugal need to score 4 on their own and it’s possible Macedonia will find the back of the net as well.
