Great point of JP buying silver 5 years ago for $28 and not waiting till now in their controlled market to buy for less. They know whats going on and what this metal is worth. I think that judging by how much in deficit of silver we were last year (-415 million OZ's) + double that this year, they won't be able to keep buying for much longer.
