I couldn't remember if it was 1986 or 1988...sweet! about 40 of the coins are in the sealed mylar with the RCM stamp on them. I'm happy to have picked them up. The perferation on them seems to have broken down so they split into single packs but they are cool and for sure mint nonetheless.
