So @raybrockman had a pretty cool challenge for the precious metals stacking community on Steemit. The #steemsilvergold members were tasked with trying to build towers with their stacks. I don't really do that anymore after "the accident"
Basically one day I was playing Lego with my silver and it all came crashing down, I vowed to never do that again. I don't like broken capsules and scratched up coins.
That being said I admire people with the guts to still play with their stacks and I've enjoyed seeing the different structures others have been building.
I wanted to do something so I filled a brief case with metals to show some of my humble stack.
It's not much but it was fun..
Brief case action
Open it up!
Got a lil box with overflow
Ray's a pretty cool dude and supports the #steemsilvergold family to the fullest.
This is about 250 oz of AG and 5 oz AU. It's heavy as shit and I'm not picking this up..
Cheers!
Thanks for taking a peak. Now I have to sort this out and take it back to safe storage. Have the best day!
Classy action! And boy o boy does that Au look gooooood!!!

Hot Dayum!!! I love the briefcase, I must say. What is that big fat mfer in the 1 picture weigh?
I'm really enjoying this contest, thanks to all who are continuing to show me some awesome stacks and to @raybrockman for hosting the contest and giving such a generous prize to the winner. Good luck!
I'm not even sure. With the briefcase included (which is lightweight its aluminum) I'd guess 15-20 lbs
Nice man, quite the stack!
holy christ... that's my kinda briefcase !!
Nice...Great post, great collection
Thanks for taking a look!
#silverporn that is all....
Cool ass guy like you, I am sure this will count for an entry. You took time and placed all the gold at random so your are entered!!! 😎By the way thanks for the shout out buddy.
Thanks for the challenge Ray, keep stacking that shit 😎
Any show with those golden tigers is a good show for this Ed.
I'm glad Ed found something he liked :)
Everyone always talks about a briefcase full of money and they usually mean one full of 100 dollar bills. But this is truly a briefcase full of REAL money!
Looks damn good!
Yeah well said, maybe next one I'll put it all in a paper bag and slide it across the table to someone at a diner :)
At first I thought that Apmex box was a bar!! You have quite the different selection of gold pieces from what I can tell!
It's a start. Thx for checking out my post @sevinwilson
Man what an awesome collection. I like the little silver guy that "protects" your collection (at least he does in my mind)
Yeah he totally does..and he's doing a great job too :)
That is pretty fucking sweet looking. With the gold sprinkled over the top, i almost gizzed myself.
Great post and pictures buddy ;-)
And the silver ginger bread man and something new i have never seen before.
Thanks for stopping by my friend
WOWSER thats an impressive collection
Very impressive, @goldenarms. Do you have any Newfoundland pre-confederation coins in there?
No but one of my dream coins is a gold $2 coin
What coin is that you are talking about?
It's a $2 face value gold coin, minted from 1868-88 I believe. Old Newfoundland coins are pricey and harder to find unfortunately
My brother has loads of pennies and that sort. No gold though.
