Here is my up to date collection, I have a little gold, but mostly silver. Silver is one of the best physical investments out there and is really undervalued. Currently, I have over 50 ounces and 1.5 grams of gold + some junk silver that isn't in the photo. This is all of the pure stuff.
Being a silver investor at 14, I have learned a lot. And one thing that I have been doing was buying consistently, regardless of price, because silver is way undervalued as of now. It is something you should buy now before it goes sky high in price.
Silver is used in so many things industrial wise and it is a necessity that we need to make different electronics. It is a great conductor and could be used for a lot of practical everyday things. It is a physical asset the fiat can't replace and the price is currently being manipulated by the elites and the higher up people who have control over the precious metal prices, and the price is way lower than where it should be. It is way undervalued, for now.

Don't get me wrong, I love cryptos as well. And I am currently investing in them. I believe silver is something to hold for the long term, and crypto is more of away to capitalize off of the market as of now and make money instantly or faster than silver. That's why I have to profit off of cryptos then invest my profits into precious metals like silver and gold as a way to save my money. In the future when I have more money, I would be interested in investing in some gold rounds or bars, especially the hand poured ones.
There's something about hand poured bars or pieces that stand out to me. I think I like them better than regular coins or bars, but hey, I like regular coins and bars too ;)

I forgot to mention, but I was born and raised in colorado for most of my life so far...but now im in cali...colorado has way better air quality...used to go to the garden of the gods and downtown colorado springs quite a lot because we lived near it. Steem on!

Well I can tell that you're already set for life, if that is your silver collection at age 14. I'm 31 years old now, and I think I have only 10 more ounces of silver than you do.
And I totally agree with you on silver being undervalued. Historically, gold was only 14 times more valuable than silver (dont quote me on that, I just going by memory), but now that ratio has gone up considerably to like 70 times more.
Keep up the good work, and remember to diversity your investments to other areas like stocks and bonds (and cryptocurrency of course). If you havent known already, but you probably do. If I ever get a commodities collection I want to learn to smelt coins & do engravings. There is amazing artwork hidden in metals.
McGregor vs. McGregor? I think silver is great because it will always keep its value but crypto is better long term because it is also not controlled by governments or fiat currency and the internet is the way of the future (as long as the lights stay on ;))

Nice collection!
I just bought some silver the other day.
I am glad to see you investing at such a young age. The problem is you believe the silver hype. The last time silver saw a large increase someone was trying to corner the market. When it was found out the bottom fell out of the silver market. Even if it went up to that price you would only double your money. You are better off placing it in an Index fund and leaving it alone. Your profit would be much greater.
I wish cryptos were around when I was a kid to not get lost in RPGs, Warcraft and Starcraft. Should have been hustling my yardwork money for silver and cryptos like this young buck is. Curious - how'd you get the wisdom to invest in these assets at such a young age?
