Your post has me really concerned with even putting forth the effort of writing quality post and trying. I have been really excited about how much I have been enjoying the steemit platform. But after reading about these bots and how the whales as they are called can just squash you for their enjoyment scares me. I am very sorry that these has happened to you. I hope things start to go back to more uplifting post and these people stop being mean and stop doing what they are doing
I am really going to have to rethink the time and effort I put into steemit and I am not going to be buying any steem dollars just to have people like these to just consume and take them.

You are not alone in your fear, these counter-productive fucktards will ruin this place and their own investments, because they are churlish, childish, ignorant, rich, bratty little idiots.
When I entered steemit I was surprised what some people are doing on a daily basis - and how easily you can see what they do - etc etc. Some seem to be so busy with upvoting/bots/whales etc and making comments and request upvotes their own posts by others for SBD. In other groups I saw people sending 0,00001 steem and in the comment ask for an upvote "because I am poor". Fascinating!

These guys are of course correct. However do not let it discourage you from writing.
