Steemrollers looks to be a gambling site/bot of some kind.
I think these posts are the hash you can go back to look at all previous bets to make sure they were provably fair. The disclosure of hashes the day after is a signal these sites put out to prove that bets were legit and not manipulated.
Hrm, I'm not sure. I know they were talking about adding some sort of minimum value to help combat vote spam, but I don't know what that value was or if that was even live yet.
Also since it appears you're new around here - I think there's diminishing returns on any post you make over your 4th in 24 hours. I wouldn't post as much as you have, the rewards are going to get cut pretty hard.
All this stuff really needs to be documented so much better.
