Mitsubishi Lancer Evo is quite a common car (but powerful) that you normally see on the road. You get to see the older generations more than the latest edition which is Evo X, I guess the old Evo still does better according to some videos that are posted on YouTube which shows Evo 9 vs Evo 10. As for safety measures, of course the latest one is the best...
So here I am taking a picture of the rarest evo of them all, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Jackie Chan's edition. At first I thought it was Jackie Chan's car, then I questioned myself why will he put his show car on this event?
Actually, Jackie Chan's edition doesn't mean this one is his car. There are only 50 units produced in the whole world so that's the answer on why this car is so special.
The front looks okay, looks like it is ready to hit the track. With the front diffuser, a hole for the air intake and also lowered chassis, definitely will produce a good lap time at the track. But I'm not sure what the car's specifications are, with all the mods done just on the exterior I expect it will be faster than an original evo 9.
I am fine with the rear but one thing I really dislike is the rear boot design that actually slants down like a triangle at the middle. I'm not sure is there any physics theory involved especially in aerodynamics, but just in the terms of design that looks pretty ugly for me. Nonetheless, this car was previously listed on carlist.my for sale but it was sold already, kudos to the new owner for bringing his (or her) rare beast to this event!
