It's taken me a really long time to work it all out and when I came on board, the onboarding / retention initiatives were few and far between. I've said before, and I'll say it again, they must be reintegrated with Steem marketing.

And, you are so right: its the human element that makes this virtual platform a good place to be and taking some of the engagement 3D, would really be the cherry on top. 🍒
