Hey all! Here's a sneak preview of my current condition. I'm sure over the past few days I had gain back some weight, but I don't want to let the scale to put me down. It could well be muscle's weight I'm increasing, but I still do not wish to be disturbed by the numbers right now. I'm still in control of what I eat. I tried to enjoy as much good food as possible without touching too much carbs or sugar. This morning was heavy rain and therefore I went in door walking. This isn't the best way to get sweat, but I guess it's better than not sweating at all. Rather than stay home and fall asleep again.
Breakfast
We took the family to Tesco for breakfast since ex-girlfriend decided to skip Sunday school for the kids. We went for Subway. As I remember junior monster is actually not feeling well since yesterday evening when I tried to feed him A&W waffles. Anyway, we still went there, and the trouble starts when the mother trying hard to convince him to eat the sub despite he refused to, and the puked. That point of time I merely took my first bite, so we had to put down our food and start cleaning him up. By the time we're done with those vomits, feels really lost of appetite. We packed up our food and went straight home and does our breakfast at home. By the time already 11am, might as well call it brunch.
Late lunch
Since junior is having fever, and we ran out of fever medicine. So we decided to send him to for medical consultation. The hell with both clinic we went weren't in business. Do they think people don't get sick on Sunday? Anyway, we finally went back to a clinic slightly further from our house, and after the consultation off we went to McDonald's to pack our lunch. I got myself 2 pieces of fried chicken but that's about it. The fries I gave it to the big monster, and added an apple pie for her.
Dinner
Since junior is not really well and I do not want to upset his stomach. So we went for AEON food court. I got him a red bean bun, he took it and finishes it. Thanks to ex-girlfriend ordered a very nice bowl of Asam Laksa with fish cake and fish ball. Seriously tasty , sweet, sour and spicy soup. But ofcourse, I had to add on another 2 pieces of drumstick before I feel anything touching my stomach.
This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
