Prolog 前言
The morning begin with a small hassle where I need to meet the roast pork client which I usually meet on Friday. The morning schedule has been absolutely messed up, I have no chance to go for lunch. The outside atmosphere is seriously bad, for not known reason outside is very hazy. I tried to use my phone to capture photo, but all I got is GREY so I did not keep the photo.今天早上的工作流程被扰乱了。原因是那个本来每逢星期五吃烧肉的顾客,今天要交单,所以没办法的情况下只好赴约去了。一整个早上泡汤了,很多工作没有如期完成。中午的中饭也耽误了没有吃到。今天的天气也很差,外边烟雾弥漫。本来我拿起手机拍张照,结果拍出来的效果灰色一片啥都看不到。所以也没有留起来。
Workout 运动
Fortunately, workout was done in the morning, but a quick one. 2 minutes interval planks with 30 seconds each. I had a photo earlier, but for not known reason it does not save on my SD card and lost it. I think the SD card slot somewhat having trouble. This is not the first time my RedMi 4X acting up. May need to get a new phone soon.
所幸,今天早上还没出门之前赶快做了一下运动。间歇平板支撑两分钟。每一组分为三十秒,四组。本来有拍张照片的,不过我的记忆卡插槽好像有问题,没有保存到,结果照片丢了。这也不是我的红米4叉第一次搞事了,看来是时候筹备换手机了。

不是,如果双手肘分开对其肩膀两旁,双手九十度向前支撑,然后脚分开,双脚跟与手肘对齐,这个就要命了。
是的这个动作不太舒服,不过也许我能撑2分钟,下次试试。
