RE: Neoxian's SteemPower Delegation rental service

in #steempower7 years ago

I love all these amazing services going on. $2 for a 1%-50% vote from randowhale, whaleshares and loans from you. Now you've even come up with a delegation service. - I think it's fantastic to see all these things recently and I hope we will see even more in the nearest future.

That being said, from one person who've never had 10K SP. I'm at ~1K and my vote is worth $0,01 - $0,02.. - I wouldn't say that your price is neither cheap or expensive as I can't really tell. I had about 4,5K SP a few months back but if I think about those days, I would never have been able to make any profit at all on something like this.. So I guess I'm just doing it wrong :D

Would you mind filling in the blanks for me?
How would you make a decent ROI on this?

Perhaps you or some of your customers could explain this in more detail. I'd love to be able to give back and pay it forward even further to all my readers and I'm already working on several projects, but if I could use something like this, then I might just be on to something really awesome. - Thank you!

This is a good question. Is it worth it? From a pure monetary perspective..maybe not. But it's not always about money! (yea yea, that's me Neoxian, saying this) By having that high voting power, you can gain followers and prestige. And plus, it's just fun, voting up your friends to the tune of 4 or 8 dollars or more.

What's the ROI of going on a roller coaster?

I love your answers, I really do! - It's not always about the money and I say the same thing, so it doesn't matter if you say it too. I wouldn't be "paying it forward" as much as I do if I thought about rewards for myself. - However, in this reply, I was talking about the ROI. The money.

I wouldn't use my SP to benefit my own posts, I'd use it to vote on my readers posts, to encourage them to continue publishing good content. - But that's also the reason I had to ask this question. - If it's worth it. - If I would be able to spread some love and motivate and encourage my readers on a daily basis with a decent amount of $, then it would definitely be worth it to me. And "decent amount" to me, would be literally anything higher than my own $0,1 or $0,2.

I would see this as a pure investment in myself, by using the power to invest in others. - That way, both me and the people I upvote would benefit in the long haul. - Thank you for your answer!

Edit: In all honesty: "anything higher than my own $0,1 or $0,2" is a bit understatement. But if I would be able to give around $1 or $2 for instance. That would've been awesome.
