Our Guardian Papa from Above-- Papa Mike

Hello steemians !

Today is just another ordinary day. So my sister in law and I decided to visit Papa Mike. It's been almost 7 years since he left us.

Papa Mike died in Saudi Arabia due to heat stroke. He dead June 26, 2011 but because there's a lot of paper/documents to be process before we can claim his body, we waited for almost three months. He's body arrived here in the Philippines three days before his birthday September 29, 2011.

At first, it's really hard for us to accept the fact that he's gone. But as the years goes by, we know that he's already in a good hand and he's always around to guide all of us.

But before we go to papa mike we take out our foods to our ever favorite Jollibee 😊. This two kiddos are very happy because they have toys!

Light candles, flowers and short prayer for you papa mike.

After that, time to eat and of course selfie 🙂.

And the Cemetery has this scenic view. So relaxing and calm, just a perfect place for our loved ones.

We love and miss you Papa Mike. Thank you for always guiding us, especially the kids. Dalaw kami ulit sayo next month. we love you :*
