Noong taong 1997, nagseryoso akong mag lagak ng puhunan sa Philippine Stock Martket, inalam ko ang mga kadahilanan kung bakit tumtaas o bumababa ang presyo sa mercado ng pamumuhunan (market equities) at halaga (intrinsic value) ng isang kompanya. At isa sa mga nakikita ko ay ang stocks splits, at para sa akin, ito may ibat-iba ang pamamaraan katulad ng stock dividends, par adjustments, stock rights offering, Increase / Decrease Capital (via PAR Value), etc…
Below is my list of said stock splits since 1996, their ratios and the transaction date. Note though that some of these tickers already changed, consolidated, and delisted but presented here as-is for my record purposes only. Adjust if deemed necessary at your end.
