do you think the HF could affect SBD withdrawals from yesterday ? I seem to have one that's got lost in the post on it's way to polo ( you don't have to answer that, just thought you might have an insight)
The hard fork has no effect on SBD transfers. Your 12 SBD is received by @poloniex 12 hours ago. Have you contacted Poloniex?
