I also have sort of the same belief. Failure is just a few errors that is repeated. And making errors are just a part of experiencing and improving.

The sad part is that educational systems often are based on failure and success... specially in a young age. I do have different opinions in why this is good and bad. Good because it might build up a great competition mindset, but grades that are bad can also lead to the feel of no success which refers to error. I believe that giving people a test, where they have to reach a limit to pass the test, can build a great competition mindset, but by not passing the test the experience of failure can occur which can be dangerous in young ages. It can lead to low self esteem and confidence.
