So from what i can tell from you photos is that beta had 3/4 the XP that alpha has... knowing this Should help to set arbritage value between the two sets.
In my mind this makes beta worth 3/4 of what alpha cards are worth.

Probably less, given there were only 300K Alpha packs and yet 900K Beta packs will be released. So you'll need to factor in the rarity too.
