I would call him Shin Attack.
He would be able to leap over building but not run very fast. Can spin on a dime but not balance well on a wire>
He would never sleep and have a trusty dog to watch his back.
Don't know much about steem monsters? I am not much of a game player. Been spending too much time fighting abuse and teaching others why it important to do.
