The last time I did it, I thought It was all done correctly but the tokens never showed.

Did you create buy orders ? If so your tron might still be sitting on the exchange. I don't see how your TRON can just vanish. I recommend using TRONLINK. When you log into an exchange it automatically brings your balance there.
Yea I found tron link after the fact.
The first mistake was my bad... I sent to the wrong address.
